About Me

I am Satu Leikas, the founder of WiseMed Associates — and someone who genuinely enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and commitment into clinical research. With a scientific background as a Bachelor of Pharmacy and hands-on experience in both hospital pharmacy and clinical trials, I understand the many moving parts behind successful studies and what it takes to keep things on track.

Over the years, I’ve worked in both Project Manager and CRA roles, supporting trials from pre-clinical phases through to Phase III. I value clear communication, dependable teamwork, and a proactive mindset. Whether coordinating sites, reviewing documentation, or solving unexpected challenges, I approach each task with focus and dedication — always with the end goal of helping bring important treatments to patients.
